Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks, as well as installation of gastronomic and industrial equipment. Continuous training and professional growth At **Relámpago Industrial Service**, we are looking for **Junior Maintenance Technicians** to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks, as well as installation and relocation of gastronomic and industrial equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on assigned equipment. * Carry out equipment installations and commissioning according to instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Execute equipment relocation and installation as required by operational needs. * Record attendance using the platform designated by the company. * Report completion of tasks and immediately notify any incidents. * Complete and submit properly filled-out and signed technical reports. * Submit mobility forms, overtime hours, and night shift hours within established deadlines. * Report customer or supplier complaints, observations, or incidents. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in **Electricity, Electronics, Refrigeration, Mechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in maintenance of gastronomic or industrial equipment (refrigeration/heating, electrical, or electromechanical). * Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals. * Proficiency in using measurement and repair tools. * Knowledge of safety protocols. **Competencies:** ✔ Responsibility ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Organization ✔ Effective communication ✔ Working under pressure ✔ Teamwork **Work Schedule:** Rotating schedule (reference base: **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**) **Benefits:** Formal employment with **statutory benefits** from day one. **Bi-weekly and monthly payments.** **Birthday leave day.** Continuous training.
