Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Light Equipment Instructor focused on safety and procedural compliance to train and certify drivers in mining operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strengthen safe driving competencies in the field We are currently looking for a Light Equipment Instructor to join our team at the **El Porvenir Mining Unit (Pasco)**. We seek professionals committed to safety, adherence to operational procedures, and proper care of assigned equipment. **Requirements** ✔ Completed secondary education; technical or university studies in a related field **(preferred).** ✔ Minimum of **3 years** of experience as an Instructor, Monitor, Trainer, or Coach for light equipment operators in mining or construction. ✔ Certified driving experience with: * 4x4 pickup trucks * Trucks * Tanker trucks * Coaster or personnel transport vehicles ✔ Valid **Class AIIIC driver's license (mandatory).** ✔ Knowledge of defensive driving, operation on mining roads, and road safety regulations. ✔ Proven experience conducting: * Driving assessments (theoretical and practical) * On-the-job training (OJT) * Driver feedback and coaching * Preparation of assessment and training reports ✔ Availability to work under Honorarium Receipts (RxH) arrangement. **Responsibilities** * Train and certify light equipment operators. * Conduct driver entry and reclassification assessments. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. * Prepare technical reports and performance reports. * Provide field support to strengthen safe driving competencies. * Promote a safety culture and risk prevention. **Benefits:** * Payment via Honorarium Receipts (RxH) for visits to the El Porvenir Unit. * 1-month project duration. * Transportation provided from Huánuco, Huancayo, or Lima. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
