Position Summary: We are seeking a Line Technician with experience in telecommunications, networks, electronics, or electricity for fiber optic splicing and maintenance, ensuring connectivity and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fiber optic splicing and testing 2. Installation of optical distribution cables and equipment 3. Fault response and infrastructure maintenance We are looking for a **LINE TECHNICIAN** with immediate availability. Requirements * Technical degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, Electricity, or related fields * Fiber optic splicing (certification preferred) * Proficiency with optical measurement equipment * Minimum of 1 year of experience in fiber optic splicing or related work * **Valid driver's license preferred** * Must reside in areas adjacent to Comas, Surquillo, or Lima Cercado Responsibilities * Perform fiber optic splicing via fusion and conduct tests using a power meter * Certify optical links to ensure appropriate power levels * Install ADSS, drop, OPGW, or other types of fiber cables as required by the project * Install NAP enclosures, splice closures, branch points, and optical distribution points * Operate specialized tools and equipment: fusion splicer, power meter, cable cutter, fiber stripper, etc. * Respond to reported faults and perform emergency repairs * Update infrastructure records, coordinates, routes, and performed splices * Prepare test reports, measurement records, and activity reports * Comply with safety procedures and standards (working at heights, fiber handling, PPE) * Verify proper sealing and waterproofing of splice closures to prevent moisture damage * Identify field risks and report incidents or findings * Drive the assigned vehicle for personnel transportation Benefits * Competitive salary aligned with the labor market * Positive work environment * Career development path **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
