Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager for the automotive industry, with experience in warehouses, inventory management, and import operations, focused on optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations. 2. Implement and control inventory from scratch, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and stock levels. 3. Propose improvements to optimize logistics processes. We are looking for a Logistics Manager for an automotive company with experience in warehouse management, inventory control, import operations, and team leadership, oriented toward optimizing and improving the company's logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations. * Organize warehouse relocation, distribution, and arrangement. * Implement and control inventory from scratch, ensuring proper recordkeeping and stock control. * Knowledge of and experience managing processes related to imports, packing lists, and invoicing. * Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and forklift operators. * Monitor vehicle fleet via GPS and track units. * Coordinate ERP system implementation and propose improvements to optimize logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management or coordination roles. * Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and import operations. * Knowledge of packing lists and import documentation. * Experience leading warehouse and transportation teams. * Valid A1 driver's license. * Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho – Jicamarca. **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: S/ 3,000 – S/ 3,500, depending on experience. * Bi-weekly payment via bank deposit. * Honorarium receipt during the first month, followed by formal enrollment in the MYPE payroll system. * Available parking. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
