STAFFING REQUIREMENT – FLYING MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
**Position:** Maintenance Coordinator – Project-Based
**Duration:** 3 to 4 months
**Work Mode:** Full-time
**Location:** Stores in Lima and Provinces
JOB MISSION
Coordinate maintenance for a Peruvian retail chain store.
Ensure operational continuity of store systems, facilities, and assets through proper maintenance aligned with company-established guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct in-store walkthroughs to identify damage, malfunctions, and maintenance needs.
* Generate reports on damage and malfunctions, identifying possible root causes and proposing temporary or permanent solutions.
* Request, manage, and review supplier quotations, validating solution alternatives while considering cost- and process-efficiency criteria.
* Supervise and inspect suppliers on-site during preventive and corrective maintenance work on facilities and equipment.
* Review and manage preventive and corrective maintenance reports submitted by suppliers.
* Participate in critical events, emergencies, and urgent situations, applying criteria established by the Store Planning Management team.
* Inspect and maintain backup generators and fire pumps at stores to ensure proper functionality.
* Support development of maintenance protocols and procedures for categories defined in the Annual Maintenance Plan.
* Ensure proper execution of in-store audits and follow up on identified observations.
* Monitor water and energy consumption across stores and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
* Track observation resolution before and after INDECI visits.
* Prepare required reports, including daily checklists, generator checklists, damage and malfunction reports, and incident logs.
* Perform other job-related duties contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
* **Electrical Technician or Electromechanical Technician**, graduated or certified.
* Additional training related to maintenance is desirable.
Experience
* **2–3 years of experience in similar positions.**
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and/or equipment.
* Experience supervising and coordinating maintenance service providers.
* Experience conducting inspections, tracking, and controlling maintenance work.
* Experience operating across multiple locations, stores, or facilities is desirable.
Knowledge
* Preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Electricity and/or electromechanics.
* Fault identification and diagnosis.
* Supervision of maintenance work.
* Supplier management and monitoring.
* Quotation review and solution alternative evaluation.
* Knowledge of backup generators and fire pumps is desirable.

Salary: S/.1,650.00 per month
