Position Summary: Support the preparation of documents, delivery of documentation, updating of databases, and handling of staff inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Updating area databases **Responsibilities:** Support the preparation of departmental documents (e.g., personnel payroll administration, personal insurance, etc.). Support the delivery of departmental documentation to staff. Support the updating of databases (e.g., payroll administration, personal insurance, etc.). Support the handling of staff inquiries (e.g., legal matters, etc.). In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to construct, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper mega-project. Toromocho Mining Unit is the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception overseas by a Chinese enterprise. It is located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department of Junín, at an elevation of over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 metric tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign company. Requirements Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Law. Intermediate-level English proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). Basic-level MS Power BI proficiency (mandatory). Ranking in the top third or top fifth of class.
