Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator / Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain lyophilization and atomization equipment, performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor industrial equipment in the food sector 2. Perform preventive maintenance and resolve operational failures 3. Support production activities and comply with quality standards At **Biovks Engineer S.A.C.**, a company specialized in lyophilization and atomization processes for the food industry, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and team-oriented **Production Machine Operator / Maintenance Technician**. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate lyophilization, atomization, and other plant machinery. * Verify proper equipment functionality before, during, and after production. * Monitor operating parameters and identify potential deviations. * Detect, diagnose, and resolve minor operational failures. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on equipment. * Perform cleaning, inspection, and preparation of machinery. * Record incidents, machine stoppages, and maintenance activities. * Coordinate with the maintenance department for major failure resolution. * Comply with quality, food safety, and industrial safety procedures. * Provide support in production activities as required by operations. **Requirements** * Technical graduate in: Industrial Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Industrial Electricity. * Minimum of **1\*** year \*of experience operating industrial machinery. * Prior experience in food industry companies is desirable. * Knowledge of industrial equipment operation and handling of operational failures. * Availability to work overtime and night shifts as required by operations. * Must reside in **Lurín** or nearby districts. **We Offer** * Salary: **S/ 1,500\.00** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the second month. * Schedule: Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. / Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * 100% covered lunch. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Exclusive benefits for employees. **Do you meet the profile?
