Job Summary: Provide timely, efficient, humane, and professional care during admission, in-hospital treatment, and discharge in the emergency department, with specialization in comprehensive patient care in Shock Trauma. Effective therapeutic relationship with patients **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Provide timely and efficient care during admission, in-hospital treatment, and discharge, delivered warmly, humanely, and professionally. 1\. Comply with biosafety standards, clinical guidelines, functional manuals, and procedures in the emergency department. 2\. Efficiently and rapidly assess, treat, and evaluate human responses arising from diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures in the emergency department. 3\. Establish an effective therapeutic relationship with patients in the emergency department. 4\. Provide comprehensive specialized nursing care to patients in emergency situations within the Shock Trauma unit. 5\. Operate diagnostic and therapeutic equipment—including cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and cardiac defibrillators—in the emergency department. 6\. Request and maintain updated, organized, and controlled stock of materials and supplies. 7\. Use medical environments, equipment, and instruments diligently, ensuring their maintenance and operational readiness. 8\. Provide health counseling to patients and their families. 9\. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. 10\.
