Supervision of nursing technical staff. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide humanized nursing care and attention with efficiency, quality, and safety to patients. 1\. Comply with biosafety standards, care guidelines, functional manuals, and procedures in the hospital area. 2\. Effectively and promptly assess, treat, and evaluate human responses generated by diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures in the hospital area. 3\. Establish an effective therapeutic relationship with hospitalized patients. 4\. Understand wound care, biopsy, puncture, and other procedures. 5\. Prepare the patient unit with appropriate equipment for various invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures as required. 6\. Recognize manifestations of complications in patients undergoing procedures. 7\. Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and cardiac defibrillators. 8\. Request and maintain updated, organized, and controlled stock of work materials and supplies. 9\. Use medical environments, equipment, and instruments diligently, ensuring their maintenance and operational readiness. 10\. Timely record data related to patient care, nursing reports, preparation and execution of procedures in the clinical records of hospitalized patients. 11\. Record usage of medical supplies employed in the care of hospitalized patients. 12\.
