We are currently recruiting a **HSE Supervisory Engineer** for a temporary project in the hydrocarbons sector, focused on supervising work on telecommunications towers. The role entails ensuring compliance with safety regulations during field operations—particularly for **work at height**—while managing risk prevention and technical staff training.
**Requirements:**
* A **licensed and registered engineer**, holding a degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering**, or closely related fields.
* Minimum of **3 years’ experience in industrial safety applied to work at height and telecommunications**.
* Experience in **occupational risk prevention and field safety management**.
* Experience in **developing risk management plans and safety procedures**.
* Experience in **height rescue and first aid**.
* Experience in preparing **technical documentation and safety reports**.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience in projects within the **hydrocarbons, energy, or telecommunications sectors**.
* Certification in **work at height**.
* Certification in **industrial safety or field safety supervision**.
* Experience supervising **work on telecommunications towers or structures**.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop the **safety plan** and operational procedures for executing work at height.
* Supervise compliance with **safety standards, proper use of PPE, and established protocols** during field activities.
* Train technical personnel on **safety procedures, height rescue, and emergency response**.
* Conduct safety inspections before and during activities to verify **safe working conditions**.
* Inspect and approve **personal protective equipment, tools, and access to telecommunications towers**.
* Deliver **safety briefings and training sessions to personnel prior to commencement of work**.
* Prepare **safety reports and records**, including incident logs and field observations.
* Promote a preventive safety culture and supervise adherence to **project and client safety standards**.
