Position Summary: We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Team Leader/Supervisor to schedule and oversee fleet maintenance, ensure high equipment availability, and manage personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of machinery. 2. Controls inventory of spare parts and lubricants. 3. Supervises personnel in the position. CH Y C INVERSIONES AMERICANAS is currently seeking a **Heavy Equipment Team Leader or Supervisor**. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; or Technical Diploma in Heavy Equipment (Yellow Line) \- Training courses and certifications relevant to the position. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. \- Microsoft Office, intermediate-level Excel **Responsibilities:** * Schedule and oversee execution of predictive, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for the company's heavy equipment fleet and pickup trucks, ensuring high availability standards. * Track service hours for heavy equipment and pickup trucks to properly schedule maintenance activities. * Understand heavy equipment diagnostic control systems and testing procedures. * Travel across various construction sites to monitor and ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance. * Monitor maximum and minimum stock levels of spare parts, lubricants, and other maintenance materials. * Maintain hydraulic systems: including hydraulic pumps and motors, compressors, vacuum systems, hoses, valves, nipples, and couplings. * Supervise 10–15 personnel in the position. **Benefits:** \- Transportation provided for job execution. \- 100% coverage of meals and accommodation. \- Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Do you have experience with Yellow Line heavy equipment? * What is your salary expectation?
