Preventive maintenance of motors and water pumps We seek a versatile technician with a proactive attitude to join our general services team. The ideal candidate must have experience in both metal-mechanical work and building repairs, with the ability to provide efficient solutions across our clients' diverse facilities.**Main Responsibilities:** * **Metal Structures:** Repair and maintenance of rolling doors, replacement of slats, springs, and metal cladding. * **Welding and Racks:** Performing welding tasks for reinforcement, repair, and repositioning of industrial racks. * **Building Maintenance:** Executing plastering (finishing), wall and structural painting, and basic masonry repairs. * **Equipment and Facilities:** Preventive maintenance of motors and water pumps (leak detection, seal replacement, and cleaning). * **Physical Work:** Dismantling structures and assisting with heavy-duty tasks as required by service needs. **Requirements:** * Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Proven experience in welding and using electric tools (grinder, drill, cutting saw). * Basic knowledge of plumbing and construction finishes (plastering). * Willingness to travel to different client plants or locations. **Desired Competencies:** * On-site problem-solving ability. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and adherence to industrial safety standards.
