Key Information: Team: Processes Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: 2 years in similar roles or in operational areas within energy sector companies Work Type: On-site \- Refinery Duration: 6 months Main Responsibilities:* Produce the base process design document for facilities required by the asset. * Conduct or supervise the basic technical comparative study for selecting the most suitable process technology for the new project. * Economic evaluation of investment proposals. * Conduct or supervise engineering work related to the Process discipline during conceptualization, definition, and implementation phases to achieve established objectives. * Ensure application of engineering, construction, and SCMA standards and regulations during the design phase, guaranteeing implementation of lessons learned, best practices, and key performance indicators using available knowledge management technologies within the specialization area. * Evaluate asset facility performance and implement corrective actions to restore required parameters. * Propose procedures for optimizing and improving production operations. * Act as an interface between engineering and other asset functions to implement operational projects. Knowledge:* International technical standards (API, NFPA, etc).\- Risk studies, HAZOP, HAZID, What-If, ACR, SIL. * Knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality, Environment, and Energy Management regulations and policies. * ASPEN HYSYS simulator (B)\- Intermediate-advanced or advanced English proficiency (especially in spoken communication) * Process equipment design and knowledge: compressors, pumps, control valves, heat exchangers, fractionation columns, furnaces.
