Interest in growing within the metal-mechanical industry **Job Description:** At **ICBA**, we are seeking top talent to join our team as: **Production Assistant Operator** We are a metal-mechanical company with over 47 years of experience, dedicated to the production and development of pumps, hydrocyclones, nests, and metal-mechanical products for the mining sector. **General Objective:** Support the production process by performing operational tasks and basic handling of plant equipment and tools, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements, thereby contributing to the timely manufacturing of organizational products and projects. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education 6 months of experience in industrial companies (Desirable) Interest in growing within the metal-mechanical industry **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Assist in handling tools (machining\-cutting\-rubber and manual operations). 2\.\- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. 3\.\- Comply with quality and safety standards and internal workplace regulations within the plant. 4\.\- Follow work instructions. **General Benefits:** Formal employment registration from day one.
