




Position Summary: SSOMA Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and updating safety and health programs, policies, and documentation, as well as coordinating inspections, training, and incident management. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for training programs and epidemiological surveillance. 2. Leads the development and updating of occupational safety and health (OSH) policies and risk matrices. 3. Coordinates inspections, incident investigations, and document management. **Responsibilities:** As an SSOMA Engineer at INGOMER, you will be responsible for: * Developing and implementing the annual training program in promotion and prevention. * Developing and implementing Epidemiological Surveillance Programs. * Reporting to senior management any situations that may affect the safety and health of contractors and visitors. * Developing and updating Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental policies. * Developing, reviewing, and updating the company's risk matrix. * Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of facilities. * Maintaining up-to-date safe work procedures. * Implementing and monitoring action plans arising from incident, workplace accident, and occupational disease investigations. * Delivering OSH-related training to staff. * Preparing the company's Annual Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Work Plan. * Preparing necessary documentation before, during, and after service execution. (e.g., PSST, IPERC Matrix, ATS, PETS, etc.) * Conducting field inspections and submitting reports. * Document control for subcontractors. * Preparing OSH documentation prior to work shifts. * Updating safety and health documentation in accordance with current labor regulations. * Organizing and leading accident prevention committees, rescue teams, and drills for accidents and disasters included in the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan. * Updating departmental documentation. * Reporting accidents and incidents and conducting corresponding investigations. * Coordinating medical evaluations for personnel. * Distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) and verifying proper usage by personnel. **Requirements:** * Licensed Engineer in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety and Hygiene, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering projects (particularly in the electrical sector). * Project-based employment contract. * Training in rescue, first aid, or similar topics related to workplace accidents. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge in the SSOMA field. * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems and Occupational Safety and Health. * Willingness to travel and work in provincial locations (Huancayo, El Tambo), Monday through Saturday. **We Offer:** * Monthly Salary: To be agreed upon * Enrollment in the Microenterprise Regime payroll system, including applicable statutory benefits. · Paid accommodation. · Meal allowances. · Round-trip transportation tickets. · Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
