**CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR**
**Position Objective**

Integrate the project team's efforts in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, standards, regulations, and project contracts to ensure that the Company, its client, and subcontractors fulfill their contractual obligations. This includes identifying and addressing situations that may affect project scope or contractual risks, and ensuring that the Company receives appropriate payment for all work performed.
**Responsibilities and Functions**

* Implement, execute, monitor, and control administrative functions to ensure compliance with obligations and rights stipulated in the Contract.
* Implement the Communications Plan to establish minimum communication requirements between the Consortium and the Client (or its representative).
* Monitor and control adherence to the procedure and plan to ensure effective communication management.
* Track the closure of communications requiring responses to ensure no open communications or unanswered pending issues remain.
* Control communications through recordkeeping to document occurrences on the project for change management, tracking and monitoring of pending issues, and prevention of future disputes.
* Other duties inherent to the position.
**Requirements**
--------------
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Engineering, Architecture, or Law.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, or 5 years as a Technical Office Engineer, Cost Engineer, or Planning Engineer in electromechanical and/or mining construction projects.
* PMP and Risk Management Professional (RMP) certifications.
* Postgraduate diploma in Construction Law.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Preference for candidates residing in the southern region of the country or with availability to work under a 21x7 schedule in Arequipa.
