




At **Andes Panda**, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive **Administrative Assistant** with strong accounting knowledge, who can provide comprehensive support to the department and contribute to efficient management of administrative and accounting processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **monthly and annual accounting closing**. * Manage and organize **administrative and accounting documentation**. * Coordinate with **other internal departments** for proper information flow. * Perform **quotations, purchases, and supply management**. * Assist in the **organization of corporate events**. * Administer and monitor the **petty cash fund** and cash handling. * Provide support in administrative procedures and external tasks when required. * Maintain order and control of physical and digital files. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in administrative or similar positions. * Knowledge of **accounting processes** (month-end closing, reconciliations, document control). * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Google Workspace). * Organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability. * Proactivity and attention to detail. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm * Saturdays: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm **Location:** * Miraflores Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have accounting knowledge? * Salary expectations Workplace: On-site job
