




**Peruvian real estate company**, specialized in the marketing, promotion and management of real estate projects, is seeking an **Administrative Manager**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience in the real estate sector (desirable). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** Magdalena * **Remuneration:** Market-competitive * **Work modality:** On-site * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Contract type:** Payroll under MYPE Regime (50% benefits) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage, organize and archive contracts, client files and property documentation, ensuring proper control and confidentiality of information. * Provide administrative support to real estate advisors, coordinating schedules, appointments, property visits and performing corresponding follow-ups. * Prepare and submit administrative and operational reports, as required by management. * Register, update and maintain client and property information in the CRM system. * Support administrative control of payments, commissions and preparation of basic reports. * Be responsible for general office administration and proper operational functioning. Support the organization and coordination of internal events, staff trainings and activities. * Coordinate and provide support to external administrative areas (accounting, legal, among others).
