Work Location: Los Olivos, Lima Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work Modality: On-site REQUIREMENTS: * Age between 18 and 45 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience in secretary, administrative assistant, or customer service roles. * Completed technical studies in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Effective communication and courteous interaction with customers. * Organizational ability and document handling skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and punctuality. * Availability to work in Los Olivos. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answering customer phone calls and messages. * Receiving and guiding customers at the office. * Preparing and archiving administrative documents. * Issuing and tracking quotations, service orders, and receipts. * Coordinating appointments and scheduling services. * Managing and updating customer databases. * Supporting payment follow-up and collections. * Handling petty cash and monitoring administrative expenses. * Coordinating with the workshop’s operations team for customer service. * Performing other administrative duties assigned by management.
