




**Peruvian real estate company**, specialized in the marketing, promotion, and management of real estate projects, is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. * Experience in administrative functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in the real estate sector (desirable). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** Magdalena * **Compensation:** Market-competitive * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Payroll under MYPE Regime (50% benefits) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage, organize, and archive contracts, client files, and property documentation, ensuring proper control and confidentiality of information. * Provide administrative support to real estate advisors, coordinating schedules, appointments, property visits, and performing corresponding follow-ups. * Prepare and submit administrative and operational reports as required by management. * Register, update, and maintain client and property information in the CRM system. * Support administrative oversight of payments, commissions, and preparation of basic reports. * Be responsible for overall office administration and smooth operational functioning. Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events, training sessions, and staff activities. * Coordinate and provide support to external administrative departments (accounting, legal, etc.).
