Support in billing processes and payment control CAROB ENERGY, a company specialized in electrical and electromechanical engineering services, is looking for an **Administrator** to manage and organize the company's administrative activities. **Responsibilities:** * Administrative management and documentation control of the company. * Coordination with suppliers and customers. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations and purchase orders. * Petty cash control and recording of administrative expenses. * Support in billing, collections, and payment control processes. * Coordination with the technical department for service and project tracking. * Preparation of administrative and management reports. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative positions. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and good communication ability. * Age: over 25 years old. * Residence in Santa Anita or neighboring districts. * Prior experience in service or engineering companies is preferred.
