POSITION PURPOSE** You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production by efficiently managing the flow of trimmings (local and imported), guaranteeing optimal costs, quality, and delivery timelines. **2\. WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE?** * **Strategic Management:** Develop and qualify new national and international suppliers to diversify our supplier portfolio. * **Analysis and Profitability:** Conduct comparative cost analyses and propose alternative materials to optimize margins. * **Operational Control:** Validate technical requirements from UDP (Bill of Materials \- BOM) and manage purchase orders for trimmings and yarns. * **Quality Assurance:** Physically verify that received inputs comply with approved technical specifications and samples. * **Tracking:** Maintain the Master Trimmings Plan (MTP) up to date and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings and supplier performance. **3\. REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** in similar roles within the **textile industry** (mandatory). * **Languages:** English at **Intermediate** level. * **Digital Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Kardex system. * **Key Skills:** * High-level negotiation ability. * Sense of urgency and results orientation. * Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. **4\.
