Job Summary: We are seeking a Tender Analyst to prepare proposals, identify opportunities, and manage contracts in consulting and construction supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract and documentation management A company specializing in consulting and construction supervision is seeking a **TENDER ANALYST**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tender-related positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Basic knowledge of technical, legal, and financial documentation. * Knowledge of public procurement (MANDATORY). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of Tender Proposals: Assemble, review, and submit technical and financial proposals for public and private tenders. * Identification and Monitoring of Opportunities: Conduct ongoing searches and tracking of tender calls and proposals on relevant government platforms (e.g., SEACE or equivalent platforms). * Contract Management: Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and office documentation. * Organization of Certificates and Credentials: Collect, verify, and organize project completion certificates and professional experience certificates for specialists and staff. **Working Hours** Schedule: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
