Job Summary: We are seeking licensed and registered architects with experience in designing technical files for educational infrastructure projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects. Knowledge of Project Management and BIM. ***PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY\-HERGONSA GROUP*** ***02 Architects – Lima (Head Office)*** **Requirements:** * Architect, licensed and registered * Minimum 5 years of experience designing technical files for infrastructure projects (schools, universities, and/or educational institutions) * Architectural design compliant with current regulations and the Peruvian National Building Code (RNE). * Knowledge of safety regulations. * Basic proficiency in tools used for client project presentations (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, etc.) * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, punctuality, and organizational skills * Knowledge of Project Management and BIM **Responsibilities:** * Lead multidisciplinary teams under your supervision. * Coordinate and monitor project development (including structural, sanitary, electrical, and other specialties) to resolve incompatibilities. * Integrate technical files developed within the Projects Department. * Liaise with end-user entities and clients for approval of deliverables. * Manage effectiveness measures for change and configuration control processes across various infrastructure components. * Maintain ongoing external project relationships: clients, suppliers, subcontractors, other departments, etc. * Make necessary decisions to continuously assess progress against established objectives. * Implement appropriate corrective actions to address any deviations identified. ***Application:*** Interested professionals must submit their documented CV to seleccion@hergonsa.pe with the subject line: ARCHITECT\-LIMA Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Lima? * What is your gross salary expectation? * Are you available to start immediately?
