Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered architect with experience in preparing technical files for various institutional and residential buildings. Key Points: 1. Experience in technical files for multiple types of buildings 2. Valued experience as a project architect 3. Must be a licensed and registered architect ARCHITECT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING TECHNICAL FILES FOR: Institutional headquarters, offices, departments, prefectures, fiscal headquarters and/or housing, buildings, houses and/or archives and/or warehouses and/or citizen service centers and/or comprehensive family development centers and/or comprehensive centers for elderly care and/or youth diagnostic and rehabilitation centers or adolescent guidance centers and/or women’s emergency centers and/or reception or residential care centers, temporary refuge homes and/or educational buildings. The required experience must be substantiated by having served in one of the following roles: Architectural specialist and/or Architect and/or Project architect and/or Architecture specialist and/or Architectural project designer.
