Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered architect with experience in preparing technical files for various institutional and residential buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing technical files 2. Variety of architectural projects 3. Professional experience since registration with the professional association is valued ARCHITECT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED A MINIMUM OF THREE (3\) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING TECHNICAL FILES FOR: Institutional headquarters, offices, departments, inspectorates, tax offices and/or housing, buildings, houses and/or archives and/or warehouses and/or citizen service centers and/or comprehensive family development centers and/or integrated centers for elderly care and/or youth diagnostic and rehabilitation centers or adolescent guidance centers and/or women's emergency centers and/or residential care or shelter centers, temporary refuge homes and/or educational buildings. The required experience must be substantiated by having served in one of the following roles: Architectural Specialist and/or Architect and/or Architectural Designer and/or Architecture Specialist and/or Architectural Project Designer.
