




Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to provide technical and administrative support to the Project Management Office, coordinating, performing quantity take-offs, and preparing budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and administrative support to the Project Management Office 2. Coordination of drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost control 3. Participation in planning and progress monitoring of construction work **Profile:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical office, project coordination, * or site assistance **Knowledge Requirements:** * Drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical specifications. * Preparation of technical reports, valuations, and schedules. * Document management and support for construction supervision. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, MS Project, Revit (preferred). * Preferred additional training or courses in Project Management, Lean Construction, or BIM. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Management Office. * Assist in coordination of drawings, reviews, and technical compatibility. * Perform quantity take-offs, budgeting, valuations, and cost tracking. * Participate in planning, schedule control, and progress monitoring of construction work. * Collaborate in contractor management, supervision reports, and document control. * Maintain constant communication with architecture, engineering, and construction departments.
