The ideal candidate will possess solid proficiency in design tools and a methodical approach to preparing technical documentation. **ARCHITECTURE INTERN** A construction and real estate company requires an **ARCHITECTURE INTERN** REQUIREMENTS: 1\.\- Architect (recently graduated Bachelor) 2\.\- Experience as a **drafting technician**. 3\.\- Knowledge of quantity surveying. 3\.\- Familiarity with the National Building Code (RNE) \- Experience in quotations 4\.\- Technical knowledge in multifamily housing design. 5\.\- Availability to work in Lima, Technical Office 6\.\- Proficiency in modeling and rendering software: \- Enscape \- D5 Render \- SketchUp \- AutoCAD (Advanced) \- Proficiency in the full Adobe suite CAPABILITIES: \- Leadership-oriented individual \- Eager to learn \- Resilience \- Honest and experienced in teamwork Salary: S/.800.00 \- S/.1,130.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
