An environment that values proactivity and teamwork **Job Opening – Architect** We are looking for a committed and proactive professional to join our team, capable of performing effectively both on-site and in the office. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Familiarity with municipal matters and file management. * Presentation and defense of projects before technical committees. * Site surveys and resolution of observations. * Preparation and management of ITSE Safety Plans. * Knowledge of administrative processes related to construction. * Preparation, control, and monitoring of work schedules. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Coordination and supervision of suppliers and contractors. * Experience in cost valuation and construction site supervision. **Desired Competencies:** * Organization and responsibility in fulfilling duties. * Teamwork ability and effective communication. * Strong time management and attention to detail. * Proactivity and results orientation.
