Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Customer Technical Service Manager** for its **San Miguel** office. What are the main responsibilities? * Manage technical service requests. * Assign service orders and coordinate with technical staff as required. * Ensure compliance with company-established procedures. What are we looking for? * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate studies in Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and management applications. * A leadership-oriented, communicative, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual.
