We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong execution capabilities who can contribute effectively in both administrative and advertising areas. Main Responsibilities: * Administrative support to management and internal teams. * Organization and control of documents, files, and reports. * Coordination of schedules, meetings, and internal activities. * Support in planning and executing advertising campaigns. * Creation and support of content for social media and graphic materials. * Monitoring of publications and digital initiatives. * Coordination with design, printing, and advertising vendors. * Support in presentations, training sessions, and corporate events. * Proposal of ideas to enhance brand visibility and communication. Required Profile: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in office tools. * Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. * Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. * Proactivity, creativity, and responsibility. * Ability to work collaboratively and achieve objectives.
