Coordination of onboarding activities and support for internal company activities Job Objective As the responsible person for the Human Resources area, execute administrative and operational processes, ensuring accurate personnel information management and compliance with internal policies. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Support personnel onboarding and offboarding (personnel files, contracts, documentation). * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel records. * Attendance, tardiness, leave, and vacation tracking. * Provide support in preparing HR documents (letters, memoranda, certificates). * Coordinate onboarding activities and support internal company activities. * Address basic personnel inquiries related to labor matters. * Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and office tools (basic/intermediate level). * Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
