Job Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Creator to plan, produce, and execute innovative visual content for commercial campaigns and social media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create audiovisual content for campaigns and social media. 2. Perform product recordings, editing, and photography. 3. Develop innovative ideas and visual storytelling. **LA POLLERONA pollería \-restaurant** is looking for an **AUDIOVISUAL CREATOR**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Production, Design, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual creation for brands, agencies, or digital content (gastronomy sector experience preferred). * Portfolio of completed work must be submitted. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom. * Illustrator and DaVinci Resolve proficiency preferred. * Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, lighting, advertising photography, and basic audio. * Must reside in Campoy or nearby areas of San Juan de Lurigancho. **Responsibilities** * Plan, produce, and execute audiovisual content for commercial campaigns and social media. * Record activations, events, product launches, and institutional content. * Edit videos for reels, stories, campaigns, spots, and digital advertising. * Conduct product, lifestyle, and corporate coverage photo sessions. * Create innovative ideas and brand-aligned visual storytelling. * Manage lighting, framing, composition, and audiovisual equipment. * Perform post-production: editing, color grading, retouching, and basic motion graphics. * Coordinate with marketing on campaign scheduling and execution. * Propose content trends and new formats. * Organize and maintain the brand’s audiovisual asset library. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Market-competitive salary.
