Company Description: DAVA & Asociados Contadores, with 15 years of experience, provides Accounting, Tax, and Labor Advisory Services. As an Accounting Assistant at Contadores Dava & Asociados SAC, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of tax settlements, account analysis, review of deductions, perceptions, and withholdings, filing of PDT 621 and PLAME declarations; operating accounting software (Starsoft); and performing general accounting and bookkeeping tasks. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our offices located in Santiago de Surco. **Responsibilities:** Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements. Knowledge and proficiency in accounting software. Accounting and finance skills for efficient management. Experience in bookkeeping and maintaining accounting records. Additional skills such as teamwork ability and strong communication skills are highly valued. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (graduates or bachelor’s degree holders). Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. **Desired Competencies:** Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
