Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting technician or student to manage billing, accounting, finance, and support tender processes, offering a good work environment and job stability. Working for a growing company in the services sector * Issuing invoices, shipping guides, receipts, and electronic vouchers via the SUNAT system. * Recording and tracking purchase and sales invoices. * Internal expense control. * Reviewing and organizing supporting documents for submission to the external accountant. * Preparing income and expense reports. * Preparing payment schedules for suppliers and obligations. * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Assisting with basic reconciliations and monitoring bank transactions. * Organizing and updating the accounting and financial archive. * Managing mandatory employee insurance (SCTR, VIDA LEY). * Preparing payroll and submitting it to the external accountant for filing. * Preparing monthly financial statements. * Reviewing employee contracts. * Preparing and collecting documentation for participation in tenders. Requirements: * Technician or student in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Experience issuing electronic vouchers. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organization, responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Preferably residing in Cercado de Lima or nearby areas.
