Opportunity to work with tenders and technical files. **Position:** Budget Supervising Engineer **Location:** Miraflores – Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Department:** Operations **Responsibilities** * Prepare budgets for electrical installation projects. * Analyze costs, quantity take-offs, and determine project profitability. * Conduct on-site inspections for technical evaluation and project feasibility. * Prepare technical files, tenders, and bidding documents. * Update budgets and unit cost analyses. * Review construction change orders and comparative cost tables. * Supervise construction works when required (on-site and in the office). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**. * **3 years of experience** in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of **costs and budgeting**. * Experience in supervision and control of construction works. * Intermediate Excel (Intermediate Word and PowerPoint). * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork * Analytical thinking * Assertive communication * Results orientation * Self-management **Conditions** * Salary: **S/ 3,500 to S/ 4,000** (based on experience). * General payroll regime. * Full benefits (CTS and bonuses). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Flexible on-site schedules (overtime compensated).
