On behalf of our client in the southern region, we are currently seeking a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor. **Job Description** * Effectively manage laboratory operations and maintenance in accordance with client requirements. * Define objectives and strategies for laboratory operations and maintenance, ensuring alignment with client objectives. * Ensure compliance with the laboratory quality management system across all processes, meeting the requirements of the NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 standard. * Administer human resources within the department, ensuring technical competence through continuous training and development plans. * Establish safety, environmental, and quality guidelines governing laboratory operations. * Allocate necessary resources to meet operational, training, development, and continuous improvement needs of the Quality Control department. * Coordinate and ensure implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs for laboratory equipment **Requirements** * Licensed and registered professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of direct laboratory management experience. * Over 4 years of experience in sampling processes. * Experience in managing laboratory equipment operations and maintenance. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of regulatory standards: ISO 17025; ISO 12743; ISO 10251; ISO 11794. * Familiarity with laboratory data management systems. * Knowledge of current mining legislation. * Availability to work under an 8x8 work regime. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate benefit agreements.
