Job Summary: We are seeking a Joy Hostess to provide warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences and supporting business goals in San Martín de Porres. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** at our location in **San Martín de Porres, next to the hypermarket \- Precio Uno**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers with kindness and willingness. * Supervise and care for children on the premises. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and spaces. * Assist in creating content (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform customers about and sell company services. * Process payments and assist with cash handling. * Achieve the branch’s business goals. * Support administrative functions in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in the care and maintenance of the facility. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or child supervision (**preferred**). * Good appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * A positive work environment and opportunities for development. * Continuous training.
