Job Summary: We are seeking a Joy Hostess to provide warm and safe service, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and families, while supporting business goals at our Campoy, SJL location. Positive work environment in a growing company We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** for our branch located in **Campoy, San Juan de Lurigancho**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers with kindness and willingness. * Supervise and care for children on-site. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and facilities. * Support content creation (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform customers about and promote company services. * Handle cash transactions and support cash register operations. * Achieve the branch’s business targets. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from immediate supervisors. * Collaborate in classroom care and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or child supervision (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Employment opportunity with a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and career development opportunities. * Continuous training.
