We are currently seeking a highly analytical and proactive **Civil \- Structural Engineer** to join our team and lead the design and evaluation of critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the highest engineering standards. **Job Objective:** Lead and execute structural design, analysis, calculation, and reinforcement for engineering projects (buildings and bridges), guaranteeing safety, feasibility, and strict compliance with the National Building Regulation (RNE) and applicable international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform detailed structural design and calculation for buildings and bridges of various typologies. · Read, interpret, review, and coordinate engineering drawings. · Conduct evaluations of existing structures to design and propose optimal structural reinforcement plans. · Prepare calculation reports, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets specific to the structural discipline. · Closely coordinate with the geotechnical team to integrate soil mechanics studies into structural modeling. **Candidate Requirements:** · Education: Graduate and licensed Civil Engineer (Mandatory). · Minimum verified experience of 3–5 years as a Structural Engineer, Structural Designer, or related role, with direct involvement in building and bridge design. · Skills: Strong analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex technical problems, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication. **Benefits:** · Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits (Small Enterprise Regime). · Market-aligned compensation commensurate with specialization level. · Direct participation in large-scale, high-impact projects. · Opportunity to join a solid, continuously growing company. · Ongoing training and an excellent work environment.
