A construction contracting company specializing in earthmoving is seeking outstanding professionals to join our team and carry out projects in Metropolitan Lima. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of earthmoving activities. * Minimum two years of experience as a technical office assistant. * Experience working for contracting companies. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge and training in earthmoving. * Onsite work in Ate–Santa Clara (Reference: near Real Plaza Santa Clara). Responsibilities: * Monitoring and tracking of quantity surveying for construction projects. * Preparation of daily work reports (tareos). * Performing valuations and collecting supporting documentation. * Continuous monitoring of contractual scope with suppliers and clients. * Other duties inherent to the position described above. Competencies and Skills: * High commitment, effective communication, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
