We are looking for a **committed, responsible, and detail-oriented individual** to serve as **Cleaning Staff**, maintaining our administrative and operational facilities in optimal condition. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing **deep cleaning and disinfection** of common areas, restrooms, floors, desks, windows, and workspaces. * **Mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting** surfaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. * Conducting **daily maintenance** of cleaning supplies and reporting replenishment needs. * Ensuring all areas comply with established **hygiene and order standards**. * Following safety protocols and proper care procedures for cleaning equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed secondary education. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in office, plant, or similar space cleaning. * Knowledge of **cleaning products and supplies**. * Ability to follow instructions, along with **responsibility and punctuality**. * **Availability for fixed schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **What We Offer:** * **Competitive salary: S/1,200.00** per month. * **Immediate payroll enrollment** with all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses (July and December), vacation, family allowance, and profit-sharing (when applicable). * **Fixed and stable working hours** – Sundays off. * A **respectful and organized work environment**.
