Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Cleaning and Maintenance Operator to maintain our facilities in optimal condition within the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in offices, cafeteria, restrooms, and common areas. 2. Perform cleaning and disinfection of the warehouse area. 3. Carry out basic maintenance tasks or repairs on infrastructure. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OPERATOR We are INTSOL S.A.C., a warehouse certified with Good Storage Practices (GSP) by DIGEMID, specializing in pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and sanitary supplies. We are currently seeking a responsible, proactive, and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Operator to keep our facilities in optimal condition. Responsibilities: \- Maintain cleanliness and order in offices, cafeteria, restrooms, and common areas. \- Perform cleaning and disinfection of the warehouse area. \- Complete and keep cleaning forms and records up to date. \- Inspect and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. \- Report any defects or non-conformities to the Technical Management and Warehouse Supervisor. \- Carry out basic maintenance tasks or repairs on infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, or general support).
