Coordination with departments involved in the editorial process INVESTIPENCIL\- a company specializing in advisory services for scientific article publications \- is currently seeking an EDITORIAL EXECUTIVE \- PART-TIME **Requirements:** * Age: 23 years or older (Preferred) * Currently pursuing or having completed technical and/or university studies * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or social media (Preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level * Commercial and persuasive skills **Responsibilities:** * Provide clients with consultation regarding our editorial services. * Ensure customer satisfaction during every phone call. * Enter client requests and/or complaints into the system and handle them accordingly. * Coordinate with departments and/or individuals responsible for the editorial process. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/.580\.00 per month \+ commissions in USD * Incentives and bonuses based on individual and team goal achievement * Pleasant work environment * Timely payments **Schedule and Work Modality:** * RESIDENCE IN LOS OLIVOS OR NEARBY DISTRICTS (Preferred) * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Location near the Municipalidad de los Olivos \- Office-based work Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: S/.580\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
