Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Commercial Executive with strong negotiation skills to join a disruptive startup, marketing construction materials and contributing to the decarbonization of the sector. Be part of a disruptive and innovative startup whose mission is to decarbonize the construction sector. **Requirements:** * Technical, university, and/or specialized studies in Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Preferably reside in Cieneguilla, Manchay, Pachacamac, La Molina, or nearby areas * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in marketing prefabricated concrete construction materials, bricks, steel, cement, aggregates, and related products, and/or in solid waste management services * Technical knowledge of construction material properties and characteristics * Knowledge of the construction market * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Preferably own transportation and A1 driver’s license * Preferably possess an existing client portfolio **Responsibilities:** * Prospect potential clients * Identify market opportunities for positioning the company’s products * Visit client construction sites and offices to present the company’s products and services * Negotiate contracts and commercial terms * Advise potential clients on the qualities of offered products * Meet sales quotas and commercial objectives * Prepare reports and performance indicators * Prepare quotations and budgets * Follow up with potential clients * Provide post-sales follow-up * Attend fairs and events organized by the company **Competencies:** * Assertive and effective communication * Proactivity and positive attitude * Soft skills such as empathy, teamwork, solidarity, and resilience * Planning aptitude * Leadership * Time management and organizational skills **Conditions:** * On-site + field work * Market-aligned financial incentive * Flexible * Formal employment under MYPE payroll * Base salary: S/ 1200 + commissions * Commissions: Variable based on performance * **Maximum monthly income with commissions:** **S/ 3500** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
