Within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division, you will work with leading health-professional-recommended brands such as La Roche\-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy, leading the dermocosmetics market. We are looking for a Commercial Management Analyst for our operations in Peru. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the company’s commercial strategy from an operational and tactical perspective. You will be a key contributor to analytical development, execution of commercial processes, and coordination between Sales and Controlling—acting as a true bridge that enhances decision-making and ensures sustainable business growth within the pharmaceutical and specialty channels. Your responsibilities will include... * Leading price management processes for the Peruvian market, ensuring correct implementation of the commercial strategy. * Managing sales force commission settlements, guaranteeing transparency and timeliness in payments. * Developing and monitoring Sell\-In and Sell\-Out targets, analyzing variances, and proposing action plans to ensure achievement of targets. * Providing proactive support to the sales force on available management platforms. * Internally managing commercial activities and off-invoice discounts, coordinating with Management Control for relevant approvals and settlements. * Preparing and analyzing periodic management reports (KPIs) to anticipate commercial needs and support attainment of LDB division objectives. * Supporting cross-functional area processes, serving as the strategic backbone for commercial administration within the division. You meet the requirements if... * You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * You have 12\+ months of experience in commercial, retail, finance, or commercial administration roles (experience in fast-moving consumer goods or the pharmaceutical sector is preferred). * You possess intermediate-level English proficiency (reading and reporting). * You have advanced Excel skills (mandatory) and solid Power BI knowledge for data visualization.
