Position Summary: Supervises and controls construction execution, coordinating with the Technical Office, managing schedules, and organizing personnel to ensure project completion. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with the Technical Office and schedule monitoring. 2. Management of operational staff, contractors, and third parties. 3. Progress reporting and deviation identification. **Main Responsibilities** · Supervise and control on-site work execution. · Coordinate directly with the **Technical Office** for progress tracking and requirements. · Prepare, update, and monitor construction schedules. · Coordinate and organize activities of workers, contractors, and third parties. · Efficiently manage time and resources required to meet established deadlines. · Monitor construction progress and promptly identify deviations or potential delays. · Coordinate daily activities and ensure adherence to project priorities. · Report progress, incidents, and needs to the relevant office. **Required Profile** · Professional degree in **Architecture or Civil Engineering**. · **1 to 3 years** of experience in construction supervision or execution. · Experience coordinating operational staff, third parties, and/or contractors. · Knowledge of construction schedule management and monitoring. · Ability to organize activities, manage time, and resolve field incidents. · Willingness to work in **Ayacucho**. · Prior experience in construction sector projects or companies will be valued. · Proactive, organized, responsible profile with field leadership capability. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Ongoing training and project development opportunities within the department. * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay, Essalud contributions, family allowance).
