Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team, designing and producing digital content, writing scripts, and analyzing performance. Space to propose, innovate, and work with major brands At Future Foods, we are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Creator. We require a dynamic profile passionate about digital trends to join our marketing team. *On-site work Monday to Friday at our San Borja offices / 9 AM to 6 PM* *Salary: PEN 1,600 to PEN 1,900* **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Content creation and production:** Design, film, and edit short videos (Reels, TikToks) and static/carousel formats aligned with brand strategy. * **Scriptwriting and copywriting:** Write compelling hooks, structured scripts, and captions for posts. * **Planning and calendar management:** Support content scheduling and maintain a consistent delivery flow. * **Optimization and analytics:** Analyze post performance (retention, reach, engagement) and iterate formats based on metrics. * **Campaign planning, execution, and optimization:** Manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) **REQUIREMENTS** * **Portfolio / Reel required:** Samples of actual content created for personal brands, independent projects, or companies. * **Education:** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in editing tools: Agile use of mobile and desktop tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva. * **Platform knowledge:** Deep understanding of algorithms and platform-specific nuances of TikTok, Instagram, etc. * **Narrative skills:** Excellent spelling, persuasive writing, and ability to tell stories in ultra-short formats (storytelling). * **Autonomy and organization:** Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and resolve basic technical issues related to lighting/audio. **DESIRED (PLUS)** * Basic photography knowledge and professional camera/lighting handling. * Experience creating UGC (User Generated Content). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Opportunity to work with major brands. * Join a solid corporate group. * Dynamic and collaborative environment. * Excellent workplace climate. * Space to propose, innovate, and grow. * SME payroll registration from day one. * Salary range: PEN 1,600 to PEN 1,900 per month. * Corporate discount benefits.
