(PE02\) Location: Projects Our company **COSAPI (P001\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **CONTRACTUAL ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Provide support in implementing contract administration tools in projects, following policies, procedures, laws, standards, current regulations, and project contracts governing each management process, ensuring that Cosapi, its Clients, and Subcontractors diligently fulfill their contractual obligations. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Management and control of subcontracts. * Administer all obligations of assigned subcontracts to ensure proper management of subcontracts as established in their planning. * Evaluate that requirements from the main contract are transferred into the scope of the subcontract, in order to minimize risks associated with outsourcing work and increase the benefits derived from subcontracting decisions. * Lead the administrative closure of all obligations under all subcontracts, organizing and directing closure activities. * Monitor and control administrative tasks enabling management of contractual obligations according to established processes and formats, with the purpose of managing rights and obligations specified in the Contract. * Monitor and control compliance with procedures and plans to achieve effective communication management. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * 3 years of experience in contract administration or subcontract administration. * 2 years of experience as a technical office, cost, or planning engineer. * Experience in hospital, building, and infrastructure projects. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of Primavera or MsProject. * Availability to work on projects in Lima.
