A logistics and customs company is looking for an **Operations Coordinator**.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
· Professional or technical degree in International Trade, International Business, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customs agencies.
· Demonstrated experience leading operational teams.
· Ability to manage a minimum of 40 monthly customs clearances.
· Solid knowledge of import regimes for consumption.
· Residence in areas near Breña.
· Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and email writing skills.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Full responsibility for customs operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, regulations under the General Customs Law, and service standards.
· Lead, direct, and be accountable for the performance of the team under supervision, guaranteeing productivity, operational order, and fulfillment of duties such as:
\- Senior Sectorist Area: ensure timely and accurate cargo routing, BL release, gate-in, exit permit issuance, and cargo delivery to the client.
\- International Trade Analysts Area: ensure compliance with standards established by the customs agency and regulations under the General Customs Law.
· Be responsible for operational communication with clients, ensuring timely, clear, and business-aligned responses, providing agile support and specialized customs advisory services.
· Manage and resolve incidents with regulatory authorities (SUNAT, SENASA, DIGESA, DIGEMID, INDECOPI), assuming accountability for outcomes.
· Support audits, internal reviews, and preparation of regulatory compliance reports.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational and documentation processes, including account maintenance and updates.
· Ensure correct closure of each customs clearance, including documentary validation and client confirmation.
· Report directly to Management on area results, including KPI compliance, incidents, and team performance.
· Perform other duties inherent to the position.
**WE OFFER:**

· Salary: S/ 2,500\.00
**WORK CONDITIONS:**
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
* Employment Type: Full-time.
* Office located at Jr. General Varela 1625, Breña.

Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month
